Booking Interest & Terms

This platform is provided solely to facilitate expressions of interest for potential future bookings. Any information submitted is for informational purposes only and does not create, guarantee, or constitute a reservation, booking, contract, or other binding agreement. Submission of an expression of interest does not obligate us to accept or confirm any booking. Any booking is subject to our sole discretion and will only be effective upon our express written confirmation.

The customer acknowledges and understands that the vehicle is more than 70 years old and, despite being maintained with reasonable care, is a historic vehicle that may experience unexpected mechanical failures, breakdowns, or other issues. As a result, the vehicle may become unavailable or unsafe to use at any time, including immediately before or during the scheduled booking. The customer accepts this inherent risk and acknowledges that the vehicle's availability and functionality cannot be guaranteed.

If, in our sole discretion, the vehicle is unavailable or unsuitable for use due to mechanical failure, safety concerns, damage, or any other unforeseen circumstance, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the booking. We shall have no obligation to provide a substitute or replacement vehicle. Our liability in such circumstances shall be limited solely to the refund of any amounts paid by the customer for the affected booking, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless expressly authorized by us in writing, the vehicle is provided solely as a stationary prop and must not be started, operated, moved, or driven for any reason. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement and for the conduct of all persons who access or use the vehicle.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any injury, death, loss, damage, claim, cost, expense, delay, disappointment, or consequential loss arising out of or relating to the vehicle's unavailability, any mechanical failure, unauthorized use, operation, movement, or driving of the vehicle, or any failure to comply with these terms.

By submitting an expression of interest, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Users further acknowledge that any future booking, if accepted, may be subject to additional terms and conditions, documentation, approvals, insurance requirements, and other conditions as determined by us.
